AVIVA's fitness centre features state of the art cardio equipment and an innovative resistance and balance exercise system designed by the spa's founder Chris Severs. AVIVA offers classes in yoga, aqua fitness, laughersize and the AVIVA Resistance and Balance Training system as well as outdoor activities and couples programming.
